ZTV Cameraman

About this character

Lionel (called "Nigel" in the Westwood/Ocean dub) is a cameraman who works for ZTV. He works with Jimmy Firecracker on the TV show KBC News, and together they videotape the Cell Games, though they lose most of the footage and did not see the end of the battle, allowing Mr. Satan to persuade them that he defeated Cell. After the Cell Games, Lionel and Jimmy Firecracker are seen at Mr. Satan's victory parade. (Source: Dragon Ball Wiki)
