About this character

Gerhardt’s fiancée. She is capable of using telekinesis to slow down the movements of molecules, which she uses to sap heat from her target. The more excited she is, the colder the air around her becomes. This is why the viscount freezes immediately upon contact with her. But Dorothy and Gerhardt are nonetheless passionately in love with each other. The burning flames of love, however, are not enough to melt the frozen viscount. Enjoys apples.
