Kadowaki, Sakae

About this character

40 years old police officer. He declared the female reporter's death to be a suicide rather than murder, and was chosen by the bakeneko as its victim for it.
He's one of the survivors of the bakeneko incident. He is last seen with the subway driver, presumably arresting him for his contribution to the news reporter lady's death.
