About this character

He was originally assigned to watch over Kon in episode 3, instead he becomes part of the traveling group. He started to talk in episode 14 which he turns out to be quite annoying, he is often in touch with Almaflora by means of radio that he tucks in his pouch- reporting the groups every move.
