Toto, Casma

About this character

One of the Armed Librarians. His magical ability allows him to break through protection barriers and forcibly restrain movements of an enemy, similar to Ireia's ability. But unlike her, he can't move freely during that period and need an ally to attack.
After only six minutes into the first episode, he got blown up by a "human bomb".
