About this character

A famed competitor known for his strength, he loses to Son Goku in the preliminary rounds of both the 22nd and 23rd Tenka-ichi Bud0kai's. He is named after the Indian food Chapati. [Spoiler] In the anime, he was the second victim to be attacked and murdered by Tambourine, but was revived due to the Dragon Balls. [/Spoiler]
