About this character

Victor (Japanese: ビンセント Vincent) is a one-time character of the Pokémon anime who appeared in The Pi-Kahuna. Victor lived on Seafoam Island with his Pikachu, Puka. Puka would always sit on the edge of a cliff, trying to detect the Humunga-Dunga (Japanese: ビッグ・チューズデー Big Tuesday), a huge wave that legendary surfer Jan surfed on many years before. Jan told Victor that he could surf the wave if he really tried. Victor trained for years with Puka until he finally felt he could conquer the Humunga-Dunga. Ash and his friends happened to be on Seafoam Island when Victor was about to surf Humunga-Dunga. The wave hit the island, and Victor successfully rode it with Puka by his side. (Source: Wikia)
