About this character

Katri's grandfather and father-in-law to Sara. He works as a farmer, but he suffered from a heart condition that made him unable to push himself too hard. He is a stubborn old man, but sweet to his granddaughter Katri. When Katri was 6 years old, bad luck piled up and her family finances became difficult, so she had no choice but to go to apprenticeship.
