About this character

Tangere is a construct of bone created by Latio Crudelis Hiram. Tangere and Latio are technically the same person operating on two separate units through the Atlas Institute's Memory Partition, but due to her granting Tangere an individual consciousness, he unfortunately developed his annoying funny man personality.
