Matsuyama, Heiki

About this character

She is probably a freelancer, but her details are a mystery. She is a part-time leader at Deathstaff, a staffing agency that dispatches fighters. When a local secret society with a shortage of human resources asks her to do something, she says something nice and calls Mizuki to go to the scene. (Source: Official website, translated)
